2. Refund & Return Policy (환불 및 반품 정책)

To ensure a fair process for both the fan and the store, please read our policy carefully:

• The Unboxing Video Requirement (CRITICAL): To be eligible for a return or exchange due to missing items or damage, a full unboxing video from start to finish is MANDATORY.

  1. The video must show all sides of the unopened box/package before opening.

  2. The shipping label must be clearly visible.

  3. The video must be continuous (no edits/cuts). Without a proper unboxing video, we cannot provide refunds or replacements.

• Damages: Minor scratches or pressure marks on the outbox/outer case are not eligible for exchange or return, as they are designed to protect the internal contents.

• Time Limit: Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the package.
